I’m a detail-oriented logistics and procurement professional with over seven years of experience in sourcing, operations management, and inventory control. I take end-user orders through the full procurement workflow and drive outcomes through strong vendor and documentation discipline.

I’ve managed end-to-end procurement, including gathering requirements, securing multiple price quotations for comparison, preparing purchase orders, and completing annual vendor evaluations. I focus on measurable performance—lead time reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency—to keep spending optimized and operations reliable.

On the logistics side, I coordinate dispatch and shipment visibility using logistics portals and load boards (including DOFT and DAT). I track, monitor, and provide real-time updates while aligning 3PL providers with production teams for just-in-time arrivals and on-time project deadlines.

I also own inventory audits and system integrity—reconciling stock and maintaining digital records for audit readiness using CartonCloud, QuickBooks, and Xero. I build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for logistics and administrative compliance, and I turn operational data into KPI reports that support better management decisions.
