What I'm looking for
I’m an experienced customer service/sales associate who brings exceptional communication skills, compassion in learning new skills, and a positive attitude when interfacing with clients and staff. I’m determined, disciplined, and self-motivated, with strong work ethics and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
In my recent procurement/sales work, I handled procurement-related needs while supporting customers through calls, chat, and email support. I’m comfortable multitasking, taking initiative, and delivering results with minimal supervision—while welcoming criticism as a way to improve.
