At Harbour Centre Port Terminal Subic Inc, I provide end-user technical support and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. I also install and maintain IT equipment and monitor network connectivity and system performance.
At RL Vercons Merchant Corporation, I supported printers, network connectivity, CCTV systems, and other IT equipment. I planned and installed network infrastructure, including structured cabling, switches, cameras, and DVR systems.
I also deployed and configured PCs across departments and assisted with system and network administration. I hold a BSIT Major in Network and Web Application from Bataan Peninsula State University - Main campus.
