At International Registries Inc., I respond to end-user requests and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues. I also set up employee workstations and help maintain equipment inventory.
At Right Information Technology, I supported the Saudi Aramco Exxon Mobil Refinery (SAMREF) project, providing helpdesk assistance and maintaining the Data Center and other IT infrastructure. I also supported LAN and wireless connectivity and assisted with hardware installations.
Earlier, as a PC Technician on SAMREF and other projects in Saudi Arabia, I supported users, managed accounts, and helped maintain communication rooms and Data Center infrastructure. My work also included workstation imaging, conference room A/V support, and CCTV maintenance.
I began my career as a PC Technician in Hong Kong, supporting clients with computer assembly, workstation troubleshooting, and LAN cabling. My training and certifications include CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Cloud+, and VMware vSphere VCP 2024 - Data Center Virtualization.
