I’m looking for a client-centred organisation where I can deliver CBT-informed therapy, assessments, and structured EAP/corporate mental health support—especially with opportunities to strengthen crisis intervention, care plans, and evidence-based practices.

I’m an MSc-qualified Psychologist & Mental Health Counsellor with 3+ years of clinical experience supporting mental well-being through corporate wellness, integrated mental health settings, and therapeutic counselling. I conduct psychological assessments, design evidence-based individualized care plans, and deliver CBT along with psychoeducation that helps clients build resilience.

In my current role, I provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services within a structured corporate mental health framework—offering confidential psychological support, crisis intervention, and referral management. I also deliver real-time crisis support through a platform, ensuring timely, clinically appropriate care during critical situations, while coordinating wellness services to keep delivery seamless.

Previously, I delivered specialist psychological care inside an integrated psychiatric and therapy clinic, aligning individual therapy with overarching treatment plans and providing immediate crisis intervention when clients were in acute distress. I’ve also supported art-based therapeutic counselling and group/workshop facilitation, translating clients’ emotional needs into actionable treatment planning while maintaining rigorous clinical documentation.
