At Intuit, I grew a multidisciplinary design organization from 17 to 62 people, led experiences across QuickBooks and Virtual Expert Platform, and helped reduce 300,000 hours of wait time in one tax season. My work supported 120K new users in QuickBooks Online, helped migrate about 1.2M customers, and contributed to approximately $1B in QuickBooks Desktop revenue growth.
I'm now building Moongazing while advising early-stage products on design, roadmaps, research, and go-to-market strategy. I bring industrial design, UX, and systems thinking to create high-quality products and strong design teams.
