What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own UX strategy and systems, manage and mentor designers, and partner with product and engineering to deliver scalable, user-centered products—using AI-assisted workflows to move faster without sacrificing quality.

I’m a design leader with 8.5 years of experience building and scaling digital products across enterprise and consumer contexts. I bring ~3 years of people management experience, leading and mentoring multidisciplinary design teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

My core focus is product strategy, UX systems, and cross-functional execution. I partner closely with product and engineering leadership across discovery, roadmap planning, and delivery—translating user-centered insights into design quality benchmarks and consistent experiences.

I’ve led end-to-end UX for multiple 0–1 and scale-up initiatives across mobile, web, and immersive platforms, including website revamps and enterprise training, navigation, and walkthrough experiences. I also integrate AI-assisted tools into my design workflows to accelerate iteration speed, improve design quality, and strengthen team efficiency.
