I am a seasoned product design leader with 13+ years of experience across fintech, oil & gas, construction, and e-commerce. I focus on launching user-centric digital products and aligning design output with measurable business KPIs.

At Mintoak I led UX for merchant lending, onboarding, payments and B2B modules, scaled design systems to improve UI consistency and cut developer handoff time by 40%, and built a team of designers to deliver at scale for millions of users.

I founded and scaled a UX and branding consultancy, delivering 150+ projects across enterprise and startup clients and managing teams of up to 18 designers. I have also consulted on large digital transformations for clients such as Axis Bank, BPCL and Lafarge Holcim.
