I’m a generalist Product & Growth professional with 3+ years owning growth, product, and research simultaneously across two D2C platforms processing 300K–400K daily transactions. I’m not built to stay in one lane—I move from user interviews in the field to cohort analysis in SQL and prototypes in Figma, then package it all into crisp CEO-level decision decks.

As a Growth & Strategy PM at Country Delight, I led the Cart Offers initiative across order flow, subscriptions, and offers—driving 24% AOV uplift and $100K incremental revenue in 6 months through disciplined A/B testing and behavioural analysis. I also rebuilt subscription flows end-to-end by mapping drop-off points via funnel analysis, unlocking $30K in MRR without disrupting active subscriber trust.

I run research like a product engine: a 436-user qualitative programme across 4 cities produced an intervention roadmap (P0/P1/P2) that I presented live to the CEO and leadership. I’ve redesigned VIP membership by fusing qualitative interviews with cohort data, scaling adoption from 15% to 32% and turning a stagnant loyalty programme into a measurable growth lever.

I’m also focused on execution speed and operational clarity. I compressed feature delivery from 4 weeks to 1 through cross-functional rituals and delivered 5 features in a single sprint—while operating as an AI-native PM using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Uizard to reduce 2-week deliverables to under 24 hours.
