I've spent 10+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure at TE Connectivity, Softland Costa Rica, and Instacredit, working across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, networking, and incident management. I'm expanding this operations foundation through self-directed Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and OpenAI API projects, including endpoint health monitoring and IT ticket categorization tools.
