Trained partner CSO staff, supported impact evaluation design, collected carbon-credit data from 4,000 biogas plants, and developed baseline survey tools and secondary research for livelihood-focused projects.

Managed 250 small and 42 self-help groups impacting 100,000+ women, reducing loan repayment cycle by 80% through improved credit recovery strategies. Negotiated INR 5 crore debt funding and oversaw disbursement of INR 25 crore in microfinance capital to strengthen rural financial inclusion.

Implemented farm-based livelihood programs for 8,500 tribal households, securing INR 35 lakh in equity grants and loans and driving 50% revenue growth for farmer collectives. Designed diversified value chains (pulses, maize, turmeric, ginger, soybean) to improve farmer income and risk diversification.

Monitored the placement linked agency (PIA) process for skill development training programs and oversaw revolving fund distribution to SHGs. Managed 24 producer groups covering 1,483 farming households to support financial inclusion and livelihoods delivery in Odisha.
