What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior project or program management roles leading ERP, cloud and IT delivery in Agile environments—prefer hybrid/remote consulting or permanent roles that value stakeholder engagement, change management and team leadership.

I am a Senior Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience delivering complex IT and ERP programs across the public and private sectors. I hold an MBA and formal project management training, and I maintain Secret security clearance.

I have led large ERP implementations and upgrades (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, MS Dynamics and others), enterprise integrations, cloud migrations and software development projects using both Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM methodologies. I manage stakeholder relationships, risks, budgets and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Recent engagements include managing the Enterprise Network Management and Monitoring deployment for the Government of Canada, migrating hundreds of clinics to a cloud-based PiMS, and delivering Infrastructure and Office 365/Azure projects for federal and corporate clients. I have successfully introduced Agile practices, rescued troubled launches and led ERP stabilizations.
