At Evolent Health, I owned and administered the enterprise Salesforce environment and consolidated five Salesforce instances into a single org. I designed its field-level architecture and built VP-level reporting for the unified environment.
I created complex Flow automations for opportunity and product data, revenue forecasts, pipeline metrics, and dynamic pricing logic that replaced CPQ tooling. I also developed executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for managing a $2B pipeline.
Earlier, I supported Salesforce environments at Meraki Solutions, ServiceLink Auction, Riskonnect Inc., and VSoft Corporation. My work included DocuSign automation, a Salesforce Classic-to-Lightning migration, and SOC 2-compliant onboarding and offboarding automation.
