I’m an Operations Manager with hands-on experience in operations management, account management, merchandising, and customer service. I’m DOT-certified and have operated 26-foot commercial vehicles, combining safety-first execution with strong communication.

In my current role, I manage daily operations for a residential subcontracting business—coordinating project schedules, materials, crews, and customer communications to ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards. I also support business growth through process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Previously, I strengthened retail account performance as a Bulk Account Merchandiser and advanced customer relationships as an Inside Account Executive. I’ve consistently applied disciplined inventory rotation and merchandising standards, built trust with store personnel and clients, and solved problems quickly through responsive service, coaching, and teamwork.
