I've delivered ABA services at Action Behavior Centers, the Applied Behavior Analysis Skills Intervention Program, and Behavioral Innovations, conducting assessments, creating treatment programs and behavior intervention plans, and tracking client progress.

In behavioral internship and team leadership roles, I've written skill acquisition programs, BIPs, intake and progress reports, coordinated assessments, trained incoming therapists, and supported billing and insurance workflows. I work in English and Spanish, including caregiver training, interpretation, and translation of intake and treatment documents.

I've also developed research projects focused on increasing compliance during haircutting sessions for children with autism and dog therapy's effects on autistic children's social communication and anxiety.
