Courtney Hampton

I am a dedicated and compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) professional with over 3.5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and am currently completing my Master’s degree in the same field at Purdue University Global, expected to graduate in June 2024.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong ability to improve clients’ social, communication, and learning skills through evidence-based practices. My experience includes working as a Behavior Technician, where I implemented behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and as a Behavior Clinician, where I conducted functional behavior assessments and developed individualized plans. I am committed to ensuring that all interventions align with ethical guidelines and individual treatment goals, and I thrive in collaborative environments that prioritize comprehensive care.
