Lisandra Peguero

At Regis College Autism Center, I provide direct therapy to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder. I implement behavior intervention plans focused on skill acquisition, communication, and behavior reduction.

I conduct verbal behavior assessments, collect and analyze progress data, and collaborate with the Clinical Director and BCBA to refine individualized treatment plans. I also provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, clinical reports, and parent and caregiver training.

Previously at Beacon ABA Services, I delivered home- and school-based behavior therapy, developed communication and social programs, and supervised Associate Behavior Therapists. My background in psychology and autism/behavior analysis supports compassionate, structured care for clients and families.
