Madison Robinette

I am a Registered Behavior Technician with extensive experience in collaborative treatment models and neurodiverse affirming practices in NET and DTT clinical settings. I bring levels 1–3 client experience and add strength through an additional certification in QBS Safety Care & Crisis Management.

In my current role at Cutting Edge Pediatric Therapy, I implement personalized treatment plans created by a board certified behavioral analyst. I collaborate closely with Occupational, Physical, Speech, and feeding therapists to provide therapy to all clients, and I support BCBA’s with professional insight and treatment recommendations for goal writing and BIPs.

Previously at Behavioral Innovations, I performed DTT treatment and implemented personalized treatment plans created by a board certified behavioral analyst. I supported accurate clinical documentation by completing data collection via Central Reach data sheets and using objective and subjective language for insurance documentation.

I am especially effective at pairing careful measurement with compassionate, client-centered care. I write SOAP notes to verify treatment for insurance companies, use neurodiverse affirming therapeutic practices, and train behavioral therapists on clients prior to them receiving their RBT license so everyone starts strong.
