What I'm looking for
I recruit across Tech, Product, Design, and GTM—from high-volume sprints to senior and Director-level searches. I’ve supported hiring across 6 European markets, staying fast on sourcing while keeping the process simple and aligned for the managers I partner with.
At FactorialHR, I served as a Tech & TA Partner for Product, Design, and Engineering. I closed 103 roles in under 2 years, from IC through Director level, managing up to 20+ open reqs simultaneously across multiple markets.
Previously, I ran 150–200 interviews per month across Finance and GTM roles, spanning multiple business units and executive positions across Europe and Latin America. I built end-to-end partnerships with hiring managers—handling pre-qualification, interviewing, and closing—while managing stakeholders across time zones.
My approach is practical and candidate-first: I build screening processes that identify fit (not just who interviews well), co-define hiring bars with senior leadership, and use structured interview processes to reduce misalignment. I adapt quickly, work in a data-informed way with modern ATS and tools, and I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
