What I'm looking for

I seek patient-centered healthcare admin roles where I can apply my billing/data skills, support clinical teams, and provide empathetic crisis-informed care.

I am a healthcare administration professional with hands-on experience in patient navigation, medical reception, billing, and clinical data management. I combine strong customer-service skills from retail and medical reception roles with technical experience using Epic, iPM, PBRC and Nookal.

My background includes roles at a major cancer centre handling appointment scheduling, Medicare rejections and billing, and supporting multi-disciplinary clinical teams while assisting distressed patients and families. I also volunteer as a crisis supporter, developing skills in de-escalation, suicide-risk safety planning and person-centered crisis support.

I aim to bring accurate data management, empathetic patient communication and effective clinic coordination to roles that value patient safety, continuous improvement and collaborative clinical workflows.
