What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute across e-commerce, marketing, commercial operations, and customer experience, using hands-on digital, sales-support, and business-process skills to help a customer-focused business grow.

I currently run Simon Natural Pets, managing its Shopify storefront, product presentation, customer communication, e-commerce updates, and social content from concept through after-sales follow-up.

At Ever Blossom, I led marketing, digital sales, commercial communications, customer service, and cross-functional operations for a preserved-flower company. I built website content and product portfolios, developed pricing and commercialization plans, and managed campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

I also coordinated teams of up to 15 people, production and inventory workflows, budgets, treasury payments, payroll support, import/export documentation, and free-trade-zone compliance. Earlier at ACI Worldwide, I used Salesforce to support account executives, opportunity follow-up, commercial proposals, and customer-service improvements.

I bring international business training, native Spanish, professional English, and hands-on experience connecting marketing, sales, operations, and customer care. I enjoy turning ideas into clear customer-facing experiences and organized business processes.
