What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a client-facing recruiting role supporting U.S. companies with bilingual, remote, and nearshore hiring across LATAM. I want to apply full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and stakeholder management to deliver qualified candidates.

I've delivered full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based clients at Back Office de Chihuahua, filling administrative, legal, healthcare, IT, logistics, and accounting roles across LATAM and international markets. I use Boolean search and headhunting to build pipelines for hard-to-fill positions while maintaining accurate ATS reporting.
