At SERES Leading, I manage end-to-end recruitment for national and international administrative positions while supporting HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

I source and screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain continuous communication to create a positive candidate experience. I also support onboarding, contracts, employee documentation, registrations, medical leave follow-up, and termination processes.

Previously, at Productos Araceli, I managed recruitment and onboarding activities for plant personnel, conducted interviews and plant tours, and supported employee relations and workplace engagement initiatives.

My earlier HR internship at Quarder de Mexico strengthened my experience in recruitment, training coordination, employee development, EHS support, attendance updates, logistics, and internal communication. I work professionally in English, speak intermediate Portuguese, and bring cross-cultural collaboration skills.
