What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can combine customer support with accurate data handling—using CRM/ticketing, maintaining reliable records, and driving process improvement—so I can grow into stronger operations and quality responsibilities.

I’m a motivated Computer Science Engineering student with hands-on experience in customer support, operations coordination, and data management. I focus on delivering consistent service quality while keeping customer records accurate and up to date.

In my Customer Support Associate role (BPO–Airtel process), I handled daily voice and chat interactions and maintained service quality and precise customer records. I managed support tickets and resolved customer issues using CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and process support.

Earlier, as a Quality Intern/Trainee, I verified and analyzed operational data to support reporting accuracy and process quality. I also supported documentation, reporting, and data validation for daily operations, maintained records, and helped identify process improvement opportunities.

I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, and I’m comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. I’m energized by work that combines customer-facing support with structured data handling, continuous improvement, and reliable documentation.
