What I'm looking for
I’m a motivated Computer Science Engineering student with hands-on experience in customer support, operations coordination, and data management. I focus on delivering consistent service quality while keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
In my Customer Support Associate role (BPO–Airtel process), I handled daily voice and chat interactions and maintained service quality and precise customer records. I managed support tickets and resolved customer issues using CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and process support.
Earlier, as a Quality Intern/Trainee, I verified and analyzed operational data to support reporting accuracy and process quality. I also supported documentation, reporting, and data validation for daily operations, maintained records, and helped identify process improvement opportunities.
