I'm currently working as a Business Development Manager at Digitizing99 (Vision Embroidery Spares & Services), handling client communication, sales follow-ups, and coordination across sales and accounts.

I support leads through follow-ups, share product and service information, maintain client records, and help convert inquiries into sales. I also manage inbound calls, appointments, call logs, and customer queries as a first point of contact.

I coordinate order statuses, payments, billing concerns, discounts, and delivery timelines to keep the customer experience smooth. I take ownership of client concerns and work with internal teams to provide timely resolutions.

Previously at Brain Works Solution, I worked as a Quality Coach and Client Handler, auditing calls, chats, and emails, delivering agent feedback, leading calibration sessions, and monitoring CSAT, FCR, and QA scores.
