I’m a Customer care executive who contributes a “positive attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills” to support team goals and deliver quality work. I’ve built real customer loyalty by focusing on clear guidance and fast issue resolution.
I worked at Ruralshores private limited, supporting customers in the Amazon process. I handled transactions, provided product information, resolved customer issues, and supported customer inquiries through different channels like phone.
After 3 months, I was promoted to SPA (Senior Process Associate). I’ve also worked in team handling, participated in team session handling, and managed high value customer enquiry for product knowledge and service information.
I take pride in performance and customer obsession—I've earned COA (Customer obsession Award) 5 times. I’m confident with de-escalation: I stay calm, listen actively, acknowledge concerns, apologize sincerely, and work toward a solution.
