I’m an Operations & Documentation Specialist with 10+ years supporting business operations through document management, administrative processes, and reliable data handling. I focus on detail, clear reporting, and making workflows easier to execute and maintain.

Since 2024, I’ve worked as a self-employed Operations & Documentation Specialist, delivering operational and accounting support for sole proprietors. I prepare financial and administrative documentation, manage business records in spreadsheets, update website content via CMS, and use AI-assisted documentation workflows.

Previously, as a Remote Virtual Assistant (Feb 2022–May 2024), I managed large datasets in Google Sheets and supported market research and competitor analysis. Earlier, at ELITSTROY LLC (2015–2020), I handled business correspondence, document management, invoices and supporting documents, supplier/customer databases, reporting, and office coordination.
