What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role in eCommerce or tech product teams where I can apply business analysis, CRM management, and manual QA skills, contribute to system integration projects, and grow toward senior PM/BA responsibilities in a collaborative environment.

I am a detail-oriented and adaptable junior project manager and technical business analyst with practical experience in CRM management, workflow coordination, and cross-functional communication. I completed Junior PM and Technical Business Analyst test projects at Scandiweb, where I mapped eCommerce ecosystems, designed product synchronization flowcharts, and applied manual QA methodologies to identify issues and recommend workflow improvements.

I have professional experience supporting CRM data management and administrative operations in call center and field coordination roles, and I bring strengths in documentation, task coordination, analytical problem-solving, and clear written communication. I seek opportunities where I can contribute to eCommerce projects, improve system integrations, and grow my skills in business analysis and project management.
