I’m looking to support entrepreneurs with fast client communication, efficient scheduling, onboarding, and brand-focused social media—while continuing to learn and grow within a dynamic team.

I’m an outgoing, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses with calendar coordination, client communication, and social media management. I’m known for creating positive first impressions, managing multiple priorities, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Since January 2023, I’ve managed active calendars, scheduled appointments, and coordinated meetings across multiple clients. I handle client communication via email and chat, guide new clients through onboarding with organized documentation, and assist with research, lead generation, and passive recruiting tasks. I also create, schedule, and manage social media content to increase engagement and brand visibility.

Before that, as a Founder of Glam Nails, Make Up & Locs (Jan 2020–Present), I oversaw daily operations like bookings, scheduling, and customer service, while managing social media platforms. I increased engagement by over 60% through consistent branding, developed marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients, and handled client inquiries across phone, messages, and in-person. Earlier, as an Administrative Assistant at GVRC (Jan 2018–Dec 2019), I coordinated schedules, correspondence, records, and reports while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients.
