What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive team where I can deliver one-on-one ABA using NET and BIPs under supervision, collaborate with families and educators, and keep growing into impactful behavior therapy that prioritizes well-being.

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) delivering one-on-one ABA therapy in a school setting, where I use Natural Environment Teaching (NET) to support both academic and social skills. I implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA virtual supervision and adjust interventions based on each student’s needs, always aiming for consistent, meaningful progress. I also collaborate closely with teachers and paraprofessionals to maintain behavior strategies that work in real classroom moments.

Before my RBT role, I provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Behavior Technician (BT) with children with ASD in home and center-based settings, following behavior plans, managing challenging behaviors, and working with BCBAs. Alongside my clinical experience, I bring a strong caregiving and service background from nannying children ages 6 months–8 years and supporting older adults through emotional support, daily activities, and de-escalation. I’m currently pursuing a BA in Psychology with a 4.0 GPA, and I’m genuinely passionate about the complexities of the human mind—bringing an upbeat, empathetic, communicative approach that helps families, educators, and individuals feel supported and understood.
