What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply ABA skills, collect accurate behavioral data, and collaborate with a behavior team to support children’s growth—through structured instruction, respectful communication, and meaningful skill-building in everyday settings.

I am an experienced RBT and childcare professional with 5 years of experience supporting children ages 2–11 across a variety of settings. I am dedicated to assisting children with developmental disabilities in their schools and homes, using ABA-focused behavior management and strong communication to reduce harmful behaviors and strengthen positive skills.

Most recently, I work as a Lead Therapeutic Instructor, supporting BCBA-led client intakes and assessments such as the VB-Mapp, and creating classroom materials that facilitate peer groups to build interpersonal skills. I also provide one-on-one support based on each child’s Behavior Intervention Plan and Individualized Education Plan, while collecting accurate data and collaborating with the behavior intervention team. Earlier experience includes shadowing a licensed pediatric psychologist during an undergraduate research externship and providing in-home care implementing therapist-guided strategies like zones of regulation, coping skills, and social communication through imaginative play.
