Kaylee Quinn Macaras

I’m a Registered Behavior Technician passionate about combining compassionate, structured care with strong communication and creativity. I bring “strong communication, organization, and marketing skills” into every setting, whether I’m working directly with children or supporting families and teams.

In my RBT role (April 2025 - December 2025), I “Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy to children using Applied Behavior Suite (ABA).” I follow treatment plans, “track progress, and document session data,” and I “Communicate regularly with parents and team members” to ensure support is consistent and meaningful.

Alongside behavior support, I’ve built experience supporting development in everyday routines. As a Child Office and Youth Program Assistant (March 2024 - May 2024), I supported infants to preschoolers with daily care and learning activities, helped children reach age-appropriate milestones “through play and routines,” and communicated with parents and staff to meet each child’s needs. I also delivered meals, managed food allergies and preferences, and maintained a safe, engaging environment.

I’m also driven by digital media and customer-facing reliability. I’ve worked as a Caregiver supervising and engaging “up to 20 children,” and I previously worked as a Custodial Worker focused on safety, comfort, and standards (cleaning guest rooms and common areas, replenishing supplies, and completing daily checklists). In parallel, I create content—photo & video editing, graphic design, and social media marketing—using tools like Adobe Creative, CapCut, iMovie, Canva, and Procreate, and I actively work with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter.
