What I'm looking for

I’m looking to apply my secure IT operations and troubleshooting skills to maintain uptime, improve reliability, and support efficient incident handling—within a dynamic team that values secure, dependable systems and continuous process improvement.

I’m an IT operations professional focused on keeping banking services reliable. As an ATM Monitoring Officer, I use systems like GAP and EI Manager to detect ATM downtime, manage incident workflows, and troubleshoot faults through operational data and system reports.

Earlier, in the Cryptography Security Services environment at Standard Bank, I supported secure ATM operations by managing remote cryptographic keys and ATM serial numbers. I configured and initialized Encryption Pin Pads (EPPs), verified device registration/authentication, and partnered with security and technical teams to resolve encryption module incidents while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

I bring a strong software engineering foundation through my BSc Honours in Information Technology (Software Engineering), where I earned Cum Laude. I’m seeking an opportunity to apply my programming, database, networking, and cloud knowledge to deliver efficient, secure, and reliable IT operations within a dynamic organisation.
