I am looking for a role that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

I enjoy solving delivery problems.

Over the last 10+ years, I've helped engineering teams deliver software more predictably by improving processes, aligning cross-functional teams, and bringing structure to complex projects. I've worked closely with Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Machine Learning, and business stakeholders to manage projects from planning through release in fast-paced SaaS environments.

Some of the work I'm most proud of includes implementing a bug management process that reduced open defects by 73%, improving engineering workflows, and building delivery practices that gave teams better visibility and stakeholders greater confidence.

My approach is simple: communicate openly, ask the right questions, identify risks early, and remove obstacles so teams can focus on building great products.
