I’m an engagement/program leader with experience spanning project and product management across SaaS and application development, including ERP systems and OAuth application development. I currently oversee Deque’s APAC, EMEA and AMER customer base, and I build customer success plans that maximize value, renewals, and satisfaction.

Develop customer success plans as main POC for multiple customers and projects, including end-to-end project planning with backlog refinement, UAT planning, and post-production planning. Deliver customer outcomes including 99% customer satisfaction and 25% upsell/cross-sell revenue growth, achieving 120% of assigned revenue target.
Plan and execute Agile projects with defined timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation. Lead technical teams, manage risks and budgets, communicate stakeholder updates, and drive process optimization to improve delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with clients to define, review, and document project requirements aligned with business processes and system capabilities. Lead Agile ceremonies, manage sprint progress and bottlenecks, and coordinate scope changes with impact assessment while overseeing a 10-member development and testing team.
Perform end-to-end testing (functional, integration, system, regression, sanity, and UAT) across banking and telecom domains. Create test plans and cases, manage UAT execution at client site in Germany, and translate BRD/FRD and user stories into actionable deliverables with defect and risk documentation.
