I am a B.Com (Hons) student at PGDAV, University of Delhi (class of 2026) pursuing a career in aviation customer service. I combine academic grounding with hands-on trainee experience to deliver passenger-focused support.

As a Customer Service & Travel Assistant (Trainee) at Amigo Aviation Academy (2023–2024), I designed structured travel itineraries and trained in ticketing, check-in processes, and complaint handling. I participated in practical simulations to improve client communication and operational delivery.

In a project focused on Customer Service Itinerary Planning, I created plans prioritizing comfort, time efficiency, and seamless travel while coordinating with hospitality services and aligning with airline standards. I hold certifications in Communication & Customer Service Skills for Aviation, Leadership in Aviation, and Ground Handling & Ramp Operations.

I am calm under pressure, friendly and professional, a quick learner, adaptable and punctual. I am eager to apply my itinerary planning, ticketing, and customer relationship skills in an entry-level aviation or travel role where I can grow through hands-on experience.
