I’m an SAP ByDesign consultant with 4 years of experience delivering both implementations and ongoing AMS support. I’ve supported clients on-site for 45 days and provided remote support for the past 7 months across Finance and non-Finance modules.

I’ve worked on two implementation projects and one end-to-end re-migration project, leading end-to-end SAP ByDesign deployments for mid-sized manufacturing and professional services clients. I tailored solutions across CRM, SCM, and Project Management, and ensured successful user adoption through training and post-go-live support.

During my AMS work, I focus on understanding client business processes and resolving incidents based on priority. I handle issues across SRM, SCM, CRM, and PM, create customized forms and reports (including Key Figures and KPIs), and manage incident status using Salesforce and OTRS remedy tools.

I also lead change requests and third-party integrations in SAP ByDesign, from stakeholder requirement gathering to Functional Design Documents (FDD) and development handover. I design and execute UAT and regression testing scripts, coordinate with development teams for timely delivery, and support end-users through documentation and post-deployment training.
