I’m a results-driven SAP PP/QM Lead Consultant with 8+ years delivering end-to-end implementations across discrete and process industries. I help clients achieve efficient, compliant operations by connecting production planning and quality management through SAP S/4HANA.

In my current role at NTT Data Business Solutions, I lead PP/QM implementations for multiple clients, driving successful cutover strategies and smooth go-lives. I run requirement workshops and demos, translate business needs into SAP solutions, and use fit-gap, configuration, and cutover planning to land on the right processes.

Previously at Ernst & Young LLP (EY India), I directed a team of 4 consultants for Torrent Pharma, ensuring SAP PP/QM solutions aligned with pharma compliance requirements. I designed and implemented 50+ custom labels and 8 Certificate of Analysis forms, and I managed QM integration with PP, MM, and WM to streamline cross-functional workflows.

My work consistently focuses on operational readiness and stability: I developed cutover strategies, supported hypercare, and reduced post-go-live issues by 30%. I also bring strong foundations from earlier delivery and S/4HANA involvement—authoring key project documentation, managing RICEFW objects for PP/QM, and preparing master-data templates such as BOMs, routings, and inspection methods.
