Led end-to-end OTC/SD data migration for S/4HANA LDC Releases 2.5 & 3.5 across APMA and Japan regions, ensuring compliance with global data governance and audit standards. Coordinated data readiness, cleansing, and validation across SD master data and executed Data Verification Testing.

Gathered and translated business requirements into SAP OTC/SD configuration changes for the Infinity III product restructuring project. Designed and executed comprehensive end-to-end OTC test scenarios, leading testing of ~1,000 output types globally with zero critical defects.

Delivered full-cycle SAP S/4HANA 1909 Greenfield OTC implementation using Agile Activate methodology, covering Blueprinting, Fit-Gap, configuration, SIT/UAT, and go-live support. Managed AMS production support tickets and performed IDOC monitoring and reprocessing.
