At UNIVERSITY OF INDIANAPOLIS, I lead cross-functional technology-enabled learning, professional development, and organizational improvement initiatives. I manage work from needs assessment through implementation and evaluation, and support adoption with training, documentation, and implementation guidance.
At OHIO UNIVERSITY, I directed the migration of approximately 40 master courses from Blackboard to Canvas, completing the transition without disruption to academic delivery. I also oversaw instructional quality and technology activities supporting approximately 30–35 master courses and 740–940 course sections annually.
I founded EXCEEDXD LLC, where I lead client engagements focused on technology-enabled learning, professional development, program delivery, and organizational improvement. Earlier, I co-led technology and STEM education initiatives across approximately 30–40 educational institutions and served as executive director of BETHLEHEM GREEN SCHOOL.
