Namayanja Peruth Theresa

As a Commercial Area Manager, I supervise two area teams across multiple districts, ensuring operational efficiency and managing a team of 25 individuals. My role involves stakeholder management, sales growth, and training, while collaborating with various departments to achieve targets.

In my role as Senior Sales Officer, I supervised sales teams, organized meetings with stakeholders, and maintained relationships with government officials. I focused on continuous sales growth and effective communication within the team.

As a Sales and Customer Development professional, I conducted surveys, trained Village Health Workers, and managed client interactions. My responsibilities included evaluating performance and organizing cluster meetings.

During my internship at Central Police Station, I served as a front desk attendant, managed child abuse cases, and conducted research. I also wrote reports and monitored youth programs.

Pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, focusing on social work and social administration. Developed skills in handling, monitoring, evaluating, and implementing organizational policies.

Completed UACE Certificate, which is the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education, preparing for higher education.
