I’m a client-facing Account Representative with 10+ years of experience driving customer engagement, SaaS onboarding, and long-term account success. I help customers move from first contact to adoption by clarifying needs, recommending aligned products, and removing blockers with clear follow-through.

In my recent roles, I’ve managed onboarding and adoption conversations for complex, high-value customers across Intuit business products and beyond. I use Salesforce and customer engagement tools to document requirements, track activity, monitor engagement signals, and proactively escalate risks so customers stay on track.

I led cross-functional forums, created streamlined information-sharing workflows, and partnered across IT, compliance, and business teams—experience that still shapes how I coordinate across departments and maintain trust.
