What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic communications, creative direction, community engagement, and high-impact programs where I can build systems, narratives, and experiences that move organizations forward.

I've led strategic communications and public engagement work at Adisa Communications for public-sector and nonprofit clients including the Housing Authority of Austin, Austin ISD, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, and Push Democracy Forward. I manage high-stakes campaigns from planning through evaluation, including crisis communications, stakeholder outreach, media relations, and systems that reduced project delays by 30%.

As founder and executive director of Good Company HTX, I built a community dining and cultural programming concept centered on Black-owned restaurants, intentional gathering, and mutual aid. I designed its membership experience, recurring programming, editorial platform, and communications—and secured a partnership with The Moth through a custom-built pitch website.

I've also produced 20+ events annually for Sacred Work while managing $250K+ budgets, led product development and a three-day leadership conference for Joia: Muses that Inspire, and host Me, You, & The Universe Podcast. I'm PMP-certified and bring communications, project management, creative direction, and community development together to create work that resonates.
