I am looking for an entry-level position in IT Support, Cybersecurity, or Technical Operations where I can utilize my problem-solving abilities and engineering background. I prefer a collaborative environment that values continuous learning and offers remote flexibility. My goal is to protect digital assets, maintain web infrastructures, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

I am an Electrical and Electronic Engineering graduate from Green University of Bangladesh with a strong foundation in technical problem-solving and IT operations. Over the past few years, I have combined my engineering background with specialized training in Cyber Security, WordPress Malware Removal, and Data Structures.

My professional experience includes working as an IT Support Specialist at Store Republic, where I managed technical troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance. Additionally, I have hands-on experience in market operations from my role as a Marketing Officer at NYC Aura Sourcing. I am deeply passionate about cybersecurity, tech support, and continuous learning, and I am looking for opportunities where I can apply my analytical skills to solve complex technical challenges.
