I'm building scalable operations at The Raw. International, where I established the Digital Transformation function and now lead the Livestream and Referral departments.

I built the Referral Department from the ground up, defining its operating model, workflows, SOPs, governance, performance tracking, commission frameworks, and incentive structures. I also develop dashboards, automation, and AI-powered initiatives that support commercial growth and data-driven decisions.

Across IOI Properties Group and Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad, I supported enterprise applications, system migrations, e-Invoicing, Power BI reporting, vendor governance, audit collaboration, and business continuity initiatives.

My foundation comes from ERP implementation and software support at IFCA MSC Berhad, where I worked across requirements gathering, SQL development, testing, deployment, integrations, and post-Go-Live support. I focus on practical, scalable solutions that improve processes, strengthen governance, and create lasting business value.
