I’m an AI-Assisted Software Developer and Digital Transformation Professional with 14+ years of cross-industry experience spanning Operations, Property Management, Procurement, and Technology. I design and build business software, workflow automation systems, and operational platforms that translate real processes into scalable digital solutions.

In my current role, I architect and develop production SaaS applications using Laravel, PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs—leveraging AI-assisted tools like Cursor IDE and Claude to accelerate design, development, testing, and troubleshooting. I focus on complete delivery from requirements gathering and system design through deployment and production support, working closely with stakeholders to shape practical digital outcomes.

Some of the work I’m most proud of includes a multi-tenant property management platform in production, built with a full double-entry accounting engine, levy collection, invoice generation, OCR-based supplier import, payment matching, and arrears tracking. I also delivered a companion Flutter mobile application connected via REST API services for remote requests, notices, payment information, and operational workflows.

I’ve also built a venue and photobook management platform (LivJrny) featuring QR-based guest photo/video uploads, live photo wall displays, and a drag-and-drop album builder with print-ready PDF export, plus an interactive seating chart and find-my-seat QR kiosk. Earlier in my career, I led operational and procurement work and implemented enterprise CRM, service desk, call center, and voice logging solutions for corporate clients—strengthening my ability to optimize workflows with strong compliance and stakeholder alignment.
