At SimplerQMS A/S, I served as the lead technical subject matter expert for SaaS eQMS implementations across MedTech, biotech, and pharmaceutical clients. I co-led technical discovery and translated client workflows, compliance risks, and requirements into eQMS solution architectures.
I built, configured, and validated sandbox and demo environments to simulate QA workflows, integration touchpoints, and document control frameworks. I also developed technical documentation and handover processes, and presented solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
At QIAGEN MANILA, I orchestrated the technical launch of PCR kits during the COVID-19 pandemic and facilitated product implementation transfers to production using SAP-PP. Earlier, at MANG INASAL PHILIPPINES INC, I developed Excel macros and dashboards for food safety monitoring, reducing manual reporting time by 40%.
