At ON Semiconductor Philippines (Onsemi), I led cross-functional quality and process-improvement projects. My work included cost-reduction initiatives, root-cause investigations, supplier qualification, and maintaining Process FMEA and Control Plan documentation.
My projects reported annual savings including US$83,400 in test direct material costs and US$217,000 from tray standardization, where I was an active team member. I also worked as an End of Line Process Engineer at Amkor Technology Philippines and an SMT Process Engineer at Ionics EMS, Inc.
