What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations-leaning role where I can improve processes, ensure policy and payroll accuracy, and support HR and customer-facing teams—using clear documentation, audits, and data-driven execution in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a Strategic Operations Associate who strengthens daily business continuity by stepping in as interim supervisor, standardizing operational guidelines across multiple branches, and ensuring strict policy compliance. I also improve internal communication with templates for company-wide updates, and protect brand consistency through customer service “saved reply” audits.

Across HR and payroll, I maintain accurate employee data in biometric systems and company databases, manage full-cycle recruitment coordination, and handle time & attendance and weekly payroll processing with discrepancy resolution.
