What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can manage end-to-end HR operations, support leadership with strategic HR initiatives, and drive employee engagement in a collaborative, growth-oriented company.

I am an HR and Operations professional with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee engagement, and procurement. I collaborate closely with leadership to streamline processes and deliver data-driven reports to support decision-making.

In my current role I provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO, COO, and CTO, manage recruitment and offboarding, coordinate OKR reviews, lead engagement initiatives, and oversee procurement and payroll-related tasks. I have also supported business development activities by reviewing proposals and client documentation.

Academically, I hold a B.S. in Business Administration majoring in Human Resource Management (Cum Laude) and consistently made the President's List. I bring strong Google Workspace skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), training facilitation experience, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally to help organizations grow.
